Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers so you can focus on the pan, not the policy.

How long do I have access to a course?

You receive lifetime access for the lifetime of the product. If a course is ever retired, we provide a downloadable summary and equivalent replacement access.

Do I need special equipment?

No specialty tools are required. A nonstick or well-seasoned skillet, a saucepan, a whisk, and a basic knife will cover nearly all lessons.

Can I follow if I’m plant-based or gluten-free?

Yes. Many classes are naturally plant-based and gluten-free or include clear substitutions for grains and dairy.

What is your refund policy?

If a course truly doesn’t fit your needs, contact us within 14 days and we will review your request fairly. We do not promise outcomes and avoid false urgency.

Are classes live or on-demand?

Most are on-demand with structured practice prompts. We run live workshops seasonally for deeper dives into brunch and holiday menus.

How much time should I plan per lesson?

Lessons range from 10 to 35 minutes. Practice at your own pace; repetition is encouraged for techniques like folding and flipping.

Do you offer certificates?

You receive a completion badge for each course and a guided checklist to document your skills. These are not formal culinary certifications.

Can I gift a course?

Yes. Purchase as usual and add the recipient’s email at checkout. We’ll send a gentle, no-pressure gift note.

How do I track my progress?

Your dashboard automatically marks lessons complete. You can also export a personal progress PDF at any time from your account settings.
